NEW FLOORS!! Our downtown photo studio is created for versatility in photoshoots! Use our brick wall as a blank slate for photographs or use our props to create a living room or cozy office feeling. Perfect for branding, boudoir, couples and family photography. Your rental time INCLUDES set up and clean up. Please add extra time to you rental if you need more time for those things. Included in the space is a couch, wooden desk, rug options, stools, chairs and more to create a space that feels inviting and adds dimension and interest to your photos. The three bright windows face East with a view of the clock tower in the Old City Hall Building. A note that we are inside of Sanford and Son Antiques with multiple other amazing small businesses - be kind and courteous to the other business owners when entering and leaving! FEATURES: - 3 large Windows with window seats - Exposed ceiling beams - Brick Wall - Multiple stools and chair options - Large Seamless Backdrops: Black, Cream, Olive - Clock Tower Views -Black Linen Couch -Walnut Campaign Desk -Optional Space Heater AFTER BOOKING: After your book you will get a message from me with a link with all of the studio info in one place. This link has everything you need to make your rental experience as seamless as possible and is easily shareable with clients! ACCESSIBILITY: We are located inside Sanford and Son Antique on the second floor. Enter on Broadway and go downstairs to the "Middle Floor Merchants". We are located in the North Hallway in the back left. A lockbox will be available to you for self check in and check out. There are stairs and because it’s an old building, there isn’t an elevator. ACCESS: Enter through Sanford and Sons on Broadway. Wed-Sat 11:00 AM - 4:30 PM Sunday 12:00 PM - 4:30 PM You CAN'T enter the building before the Antique shop opens 11:00 (12:00 on Sunday), and they close at 5:00 so we have to be out by 5:00! FARMERS MARKET: During Farmer’s Market Season downtown on Thursdays, allow more time for parking! PROPS: - Black linen couch - White overstuff chair - Multiple stools -Standing Black Arch Mirror - 2 woven rugs: cream and olive - Blankets and baskets - Sheepskin rug - Books and vintage newspapers - Modern glassware and vase -Optional Drapery and Linens - Mugs - Children’s books + toys - Artwork - Notebook - Wooden desk - Vintage Stools and chairs PAPER BACKDROPS: -black, linen and olive are available for a $25 add on. Stainless steel stand, sand bags and tape are ready for you to use. Backdrops are not setup ahead of time. Please schedule enough time for setu[ and breakdown. MATTRESS: -inflatable mattress is available for $25 per rental. It takes 4 minutes to inflate and 4 minutes to deflate. Includes 3 white fitted sheets, 2 regular white sheets, and 3 blankets. Bed pillows not included.
