Westwood Event Space with Private Balcony

This space is located in the heart of Westwood Village in Los Angeles, California just a short walk to UCLA and a short drive to Beverley Hills. The space is equipped with various amenities including high-speed wifi, a private balcony, two 55-inch 4K televisions, speakers, and a mini fridge. All of the furnishing and equipment in the space is brand new. We are located in a commercial building. This space is located in a very safe and friendly upscale neighborhood in Los Angeles (not downtown) and all of our clients love this! Wednesday Special: Book on Wednesdays between 8 a.m.-6 p.m. for discounted pricing. Note: Events for more than 15 people require a security deposit of $500 USD due before the start of the reservation or a certificate of insurance. Security deposits are returned within 48 hours from the end of the reservation if no damage is found. If you plan on getting a certificate of insurance, please let us know so we can provide you with the information. Usage: This space is great for conferences, workshops, team-building events, product demos, speaking events, book clubs, lectures, classes, focus groups, presentations, improv sessions, coaching sessions, seminars, and more! Additional chairs are available upon request. An Event photographer is also available upon request. In addition, the space is also great for product launches, pop-up shops and exhibitions, networking events, anniversaries, and other special occasions in our elegant and customizable space, baby showers, etc. Except for the conference table due to its size, all other furniture can be stored away if not needed to allow more space during your event and for customization/utility. Note: The outdoor sofa is no longer available. However, outdoor seating can be provided. Neighborhood Details: The space is located on Westwood Blvd in Westwood which boasts a variety of restaurants and businesses ranging from Starbucks, Tacos 1986, and more in a prime and safe area near UCLA and Beverley Hills The building has been fully renovated and the studio features a private 28-foot balcony with a great view of the village. Note: The capacity for this space is for events with 12 or fewer people. Depending on the nature of the event you wish to hold, we may require our on-site rep to be present during the event.
