This listing is for private use of my apartment/loft conveniently located in the heart of Montrose, Houston. It offers an artistic design and style with convenient amenities to ensure your visit will be pleasant. Location: Located in the heart of Montrose, Houston, TX, the apartment/loft is surrounded by museums, restaurants, and bar for after session meetings or lunch breaks. After photographing in the loft filled with natural llight, take a stroll around the surrounding area for supplemental photos on Rice Campus or Hermann Park. Amenities: •Separate Room with loads of natural light that can accommodate a make-up/hair station •Living Room with sumsang smart frame TV •Full kitchen with refrigerator and stove •Wardrobe hanger •Working shower *PLEASE NOTE*, in order to keep from a cleaning fee add-on, each renter MUST return the space as found. Failure to do so with trash, un-returned furnishings, or other will automatically result in a CLEANING CHARGE OF $100.
