Oakton Studios is a free standing 10,000 SQFT building built specifically as a photography studio. There are 3 studios. Studio 1001 is the main shooting space, and is about 4000 SQFT clear with 14' ceilings. Both drive in and semi height docks with direct access to space. Fully air-conditioned. The space has a full professional kitchen with client lounge, large seating area, and stocked coffee/breakfast bar. Studio 1003 has a large conference room seating for 8-10 people with attached private bathroom and smart TV. The majority of the space is storage for sets and props or additional shooting space if needed. Studio 1005 Is currently rented full-time, however will be the future home of a film and podcast studio. As we are just listing our space please ask for more information. We will be updating details soon. We are happy to field your questions in the meantime.

I promise you that you will only here me say “cheese” during your family’s session if your kids just asked me what my favorite food is.
