A clean up fee may be imposed depending on size of group. Caterer must bring plates and silverware. Bottled water may be brought in and we will provide the ice and a cooler. SET UP/CLEAN UP TIME MUCT BE INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION OVERTIME: Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.

Our team of experienced cleaners pays close attention to detail, ensuring that every surface, from the tabletops to the floors, is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. We use only the highest quality cleaning products and equipment to ensure that your office is not only clean, but also safe for you and your guests. Our cleaning services include dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing all surfaces, wiping down chairs and tables, and cleaning the windows and doors.

Standard 30 jours
Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation jusqu'à 30 jours avant l'heure de début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement intégral (y compris tous les frais) du prix de leur réservation. Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation de 30 jours à 7 jours avant le début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement de 50 % (frais non compris) du prix de leur réservation. Les annulations effectuées moins de 7 jours avant l'heure de début de l'événement ne sont pas remboursables. En savoir plus
