In the beautiful and architecturally significant Elmwood neighborhood, we are located on the south side of UC Berkeley campus and walking distance to the College Ave. shops and restaurants. The house is a 1904 Craftsman with three large downstairs spaces including a living room and dining room with dark wood accents and a remodeled kitchen with white trim. The kitchen has a unique sunken seating area in the breakfast nook with corner uplights inspired by the Ipukko restaurant in Berkeley. All three downstairs spaces get plenty of natural light, great for photo shoots, etc. The kitchen opens onto a recently renovated large backyard patio and deck with 3 distinct sitting areas, a hot tub and a custom chicken coop that matches the style of the house. Ample space for photo shoots, staging and crew to hang out. We love sharing our house and look forward to answering any questions you might have!
