The space is a 4-bedroom, 4-bath, 4,000 square foot home. It comes with expansive full-sized kitchen and bar for hosting mermaid-themed cocktail parties, complete with ocean-inspired cocktails and seafood hors d'oeuvres. Guests could dress up as mermaids or sea creatures, and the space could be decorated with shells, seaweed, and other aquatic elements. You can't have a cocktail party without food, and not just any food...seafood feasts! We can host a seafood feast featuring catches from the ocean, such as lobster, crab, and oysters. Pair the dishes with wines that complement the flavors of the sea. Behind the house, there is a large screened patio with a fireplace, next to the patio is a well kept yard for yoga and meditation. The patio is a great space place for spa treatments, massages, facials, and other treatments while enjoying the lake and warm weather. Guests can relax and unwind while enjoying the lake view. The patio fireplace is a remarkable sight and an excellent choice for bonfires, where guests can enjoy roasting marshmallows, sharing stories, and taking in the stunning lake view. For a unique and memorable experience, the space will primary be used for photoshoots. Guests can dress up as mermaids or sea creatures, and a photo booth can be set up indoors or outdoors to create the perfect ambiance. The natural beauty of the space's surroundings also provides a stunning backdrop for these photos, making for some truly magical and enchanting images. The community is extremely welcoming, where children can be seen playing outside and the peaceful nights are barely audible due to the secluded and gated location.

I start with decluttering: Before I begin cleaning, declutter the space. Pick up any items that don't belong and put them in their designated places. This will make it easier to clean the surfaces in the home. Start from the top: Start cleaning from the top of the home and work your way down. Dust off ceiling fans, light fixtures, and high shelves. Use a vacuum with an extension attachment to remove dust and cobwebs from the ceiling and corners of the room. Clean the walls and windows: Clean the walls with a damp cloth or sponge to remove any dirt or grime. Use a window cleaner to clean the windows and mirrors. Clean the floors: Use a vacuum cleaner or broom to remove any loose dirt or debris on the floors. For hard floors, mop with a floor cleaner and for carpets, use a carpet cleaner to remove stains and dirt. Clean the bathrooms: Scrub the sinks, toilets, and shower or bathtub with a cleaning solution. Use a disinfectant to kill germs and bacteria. Clean the mirrors and floors. Clean the kitchen: Clean the countertops, stove, oven, and refrigerator. Use a degreaser to remove any built-up grime. Clean the sink and faucet. Mop the kitchen floors. Finish with the details: Finally, clean the small details such as door handles, light switches, and baseboards. Dust off any decor items or picture frames.
