Brand new, designer retreat is uniquely located in walkable town, 2.5 hours to Boston and 3 hours to NYC. Part of an 18-acre compound that includes 3 houses (we live in the 2nd and the other awaits renovation), an 1800s maple sugaring house, an apple orchard, trails, sledding hills, raspberry bushes & more. 2 to 10 min walk to the grocery store, many restaurants, bars, and shops, or just explore our beautiful property & the Vermont trails. 10 min drive to world-class skiing, 5 mins to 2 lakes, 30 mins to Mass MoCA and music venues. The house is roomy, cozy, and contains modern design details that are not typical of the area. There is minimal furniture that can be easily moved: Philippe Starck furnishings, and a beautiful soaking tub, among other mid-century pieces and modern comforts. The River House in the Chateau Mooremont compound is located right on a babbling brook, but also just steps from the main road. The house is over 100 years old and has been completely remodeled in 2023.

Standard 90 jours
Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation jusqu'à 90 jours avant le début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement intégral (y compris tous les frais) du prix de leur réservation. Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation de 90 jours à 14 jours avant le début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement de 50 % (frais non compris) du prix de leur réservation.
