We are happy to share our 1300 sqft. vacant storefront space that is conveniently located in Wicker Park downtown Chicago. The space has minimal furnishings, allowing it to be the perfect canvas for any kind of shoot that you may be executing, while also providing the maximum amount of space for you to develop your set. After drawing back the curtains, we have a beautiful, naturally lit space that comes with an assortment of folding tables and chairs to use at your disposal. Additionally, we have a backdrop stand and light stands in the closet at the back of the unit, along with a small kitchenette that includes a refrigerator, microwave, and toaster that you may use as you wish. The space is located near the intersection of North Avenue and Ashland Avenue, making it close to everything that Wicker Park has to offer, and you have the ease of contactless entry by using the key in the lockbox near the entrance. • Please take all trash out to the garage can in the alley and replace the trash bags in the trash cans. Failure to do so will result in a $60 fine.
