We are a private estate retreat located in the beautiful town of Southern Pines, North Carolina. Our retreat is just 2 short miles to downtown Southern Pines, 5 miles from the golf haven of Pinehurst and exactly an hour drive to RDU airport. Our central location is just one of the perks of the space. During your stay you are able to stroll through the 6 private acres of gardens while listening to endless birdsong in the heart of horse country. Our unique property allows you and your guests to enjoy the privacy of your own rentals which are just a short minute walk from each other. Each rental has it’s own driveway entrance, front & back yards, parking and outdoor dining areas. Encompassed by: The Cottage, The Barn & The Ranch House. The north side of the property is home to The Barn, the unique 1bed/1bath loft famous for its 180-inch projector screen TV. The Cottage sits on the south side of the property. The Cottage is 3 beds with 2 full baths with a wonderful sitting porch and outdoor patio. The Ranch House is the main home on the property spanning over 4200-sqft. The 4 bed, 3 full bath home is the perfect backdrop for your gathering. You are able to rent the entire property as a whole, or The Cottage and/or The Barn independently. The rentals are all inclusive, they are fully furnished and all utilities are included for your stay. We are pet friendly and do encourage you to bring your fur babies with you.
