The back parlor floor apartment is a 1bd + office/1bth located in historic Brooklyn Heights. The space boasts 11’ high ceilings, 87” high windows, 1950s original pink bathroom tiling, tub and sink, and a private “open concept” backyard. The space is 850 sq ft and the backyard is ~150 sq ft. Available rooms: living room, office (currently being painted grey/blue), hallway closet, bathroom & backyard. The bedroom is available as a dressing room. If you need to use the kitchen, we can add that for an additional charge. See the add ons section for details. You may NOT move any furniture or decor unless you discuss it with me first. An additional fee will be added on for moving large pieces.
