HIGHLAND VISTA Our most cinematic space—used for festivals, ceremonies, and editorial shoots—features a grapevine arch, 7-ft. reclaimed barnwood arch, and curated gardens with a grand fountain. Highland cows and donkeys graze within view of the scene. Garden paths and mountain vistas make this a videographer’s dream. SUNSET SANCTUARY + THE PLAZA A resort-style pool with cabanas, custom lighting, and flexible lounge setups opens into a sprawling concrete plaza used for banquets, dance scenes, or vendor setups. Ideal for vibrant event recreations or lifestyle shots with mountain wilderness as the backdrop. Adjacent to this is a catering-friendly zone with full utility hookups. BARN COURTYARD + SAND PIT This cozy, casual corner is filled with rural charm: a 120-capacity courtyard near the animal barn and a massive 80 ft. x 45 ft. sandpit banquet space. Our most interactive zone for filming animals—surrounded by ducks, goats, donkeys, and our iconic Highland calves. Props include hay bales, rustic benches, and farm decor.
