Large Photo/Video Studio with Wood Floors Tall Ceilings and Large Windows

Welcome to our studio! This location is perfect for small production teams looking to meet in an intimate creative space. The studio has high ceilings, natural wood floors, and large windows. The rental includes access to our open shooting space and restroom, however we have a variety of other configurations available in the studio as well. A freight elevator, small kitchen area, office area, conference room, and a client ready sitting area are available to rent upon request. Please note the square footage includes only the open studio space. We provide space-only and production ready packages for your photo or video shoots. Our studio is conveniently located at The Hat Factory, just a 5 minute drive from the Peekskill Train Station and we have ample free parking. It’s often quiet in the studio, but the heating system in the winter can’t be internally controlled and does make a clanging noise. There are also upstairs neighbors that can be heard from time to time. As you can see in the photos, we currently have a set in the open shooting spaces that was built for a project that just recently wrapped. This will be coming down soon, but is currently dividing the open space.
