The Yard offers a unique, intimate setting that feels tucked away in nature while still overlooking the city. The property is just shy of 1/3 of an acre and features two distinct levels of outdoor space. The upper yard is a spacious, grassy open area framed by trees and city views—ideal for ceremonies, receptions, and gathering spaces. You may also spot our two friendly Nigerian Dwarf goats, which add to the charm of the setting. The lower yard has a more rugged, forest-like feel and features dimmable string lights and an outdoor movie theater, creating a cozy, atmospheric space for evening events or lounge areas. Please note: the lower level is accessed by a long, steep, rustic staircase, which may be difficult to navigate for guests with mobility issues. The standard listing is for backyard access only. However, you may add access to the kitchen, dining area, living room, and elevated patio with city views for an additional fee. We typically host smaller gatherings, but we can accommodate larger groups of up to 100 guests on a case-by-case basis, depending on the event type, layout, and logistics.
