The front section of the house has retained its classic internal features including high ceilings, open fire places, cornicing, lead lighting and polished wooden floorboards. The back section of the house is a modern open-plan extension with floor-to-ceiling glass allowing for an abundance of natural light. The house benefits from luxury modern fittings including a brand new Smeg electric cooktop and oven, natural stone benches, gorgeous chandeliers and European appliances. This stunning house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate toilet, a formal lounge, a study and an expansive open plan kitchen/dining/living area that blends seamlessly with the outside entertaining area. The paved backyard has a built-in barbeque, a comfy outdoor lounge setting, a gorgeous water feature with water lilies and a stunning array of mature plants.
