Welcome to your perfect shooting space! lots of natural lighting, beautiful balcony Downtown Los Angeles City views and modern decor. This is a great space for shooting Lifestyle, Fashion, Lingerie photoshoots and more. If you are in town and need to set up your Podcast shoot location with a modern look on our beautiful new furniture this would also be a great space for that. Do you need a place to shoot social media content? Are you a Social Media influencer or an actor needing a modern living room/studio area to get the perfect shoot? There are endless opportunities with this space to be creative. This is a Modern creative space with high ceilings, a place to hang your clothing up, and a full restroom for changing. This loft studio also has a kitchen for snacks, drinks and breaks for you and your Talent. Please feel free to move the furniture around to fit your needs just make sure you put back everything as you found it. You will be charged for anything damaged. There is plenty of room to put up your own background and shoot with a solid back drop and your own lighting as well. We can provide a ring light, shooting stand, two soft lights, two extra lights for warm/white tents or you (Please see our add ons). You can of course come with your own.
