The property is sloped, with a 100' rise to the Australian Grevillea, with several large terraces for passion fruit, hoop houses and shade houses, both beneath the oak grove and in the sun. A second first level bathroom and a garage area with prep are also accessible. There are 2 picnic tables, seating 8 and 12 each, and a shade house with redwood pallets that seats 40. There is a 7000 foot greenhouse and four additional tables and chairs. Access through the property is by a single lane asphalt extended driveway, and with pathways.
