Light & Bright Meeting Room with Optional Furnishings in Suburban District

Our large meeting and event room is the ideal blank canvas for special events including classes, seminars, networking events, trade show, photo shoot, holiday parties, birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers, pre-wedding events, wedding ceremonies, etc. When the headcount exceeds 40, it will be best to empty the room of furniture. The maximum capacity of 75 is for an empty room. Depending on the head count, the tables and/or chairs may be placed on the room perimeter. *For profit events and fee based events will be charged at $150/hour. Please do NOT use the instant booking feature for those types of events. This is a flexible space and the hotel staff can arrange the existing furnishings into various meeting styles or remove it all. The tables and chairs in the photos come with the space and are included at no additional charge. The space can be laid out in a classroom style, U shape, O shape, boardroom oval shape, breakout teams, etc. There's a built-in countertop that can be used for class materials, shower games, food, beverages, etc. At this time, we cannot provide table cloths, linens, paper plates, silverware, chafing dishes, serving spoons, etc. Please plan accordingly to bring these items with you. Please be mindful that your decorations do not damage the wall paint; please use only painter's tape. Events with paint, arts & crafts, colored icing or other items that could stain the carpeting will be required to tarp the carpet before the event begins. Music at a reasonable volume is allowed, so as not to disturb other hotel guests. The hotel will hold a $300 security deposit in case of damages or additional cleaning if the room is not returned in the same condition. The room is equipped with a 55" Smart TV and screen. The screen will cover the TV when it's down. The TV has AV hookup capability with your laptop or smart device via HDMI cable. Please let us know what media services you would need in advance, so we can confirm if we have the correct connection cables, and if not, then please be prepared to supply your own. We cannot provide more tables or chairs beyond what is pictured. The table dimensions are 1.5 feet x 6 feet.
