We designed and built this open-concept home in 1997 before open concept was even a thing! The inside is a nod to my husband's Texas hill country upbringing (with a Granbury stone exterior, wraparound porches, and a metal roof. The inside reflects my childhood Colorado mountain home with well-worn, wide-plank pine flooring, huge oak beams, dual-sided fireplace (open to both living room and dining room) large picture windows, and rustic furnishings. The outside boasts 1,300 square feet of porches with rustic-farmstyle furniture and decor. NOTE: (About 600 sq ft of the porch is screened in.) We have a beautiful six-acre setting with oak trees, a recently resurfaced pool, and a 1.5-acre pond. This space would work well for a still photo shoots or commercial/video/film shoots for which a rustic farmstyle look is needed. NOTE: The hutches, pie safes, kitchen island, and beds should not be moved. Thank you. Pricing listed is for 10-15 person still photography shoots. Please inquire with host for 15+ or commercial/video/film shoots. Daily Rentals only. Home is occupied and overnight shoots will need prior approval. Additional fees will apply. Commercial/video/film – Location manager fee applies
