Plenty of outlets, wifi, working sink, bathroom with a walk-in green-tiled shower, 2 skylights and large windows on each end provide some natural light but could also be blocked, room for cameras. You also have access to 17 acres, about 2 acres is landscaped with beautiful flat bridges over a large natural spring, lawn, mature trees, then about 15 acres of forest with the Raymondskill Creek running through it. Some beautifully aged vestiges of industrial farm life near the creek and plenty of acres with no signs of anything man made. In the late 1970's famed guitarist Lonnie Mack and Ed Labunski (the jingle king!) had a New York City bar dismantled then reconstructed at the back of their recording studio on 17 acres in rural PA while they recorded their first and only album together, "South". The recording studio was then turned into a house, the bar remains hidden in a separate room in the back.
