Our space is very attractive and would work well for an art class or other creative workshop, a birthday party (for kids or adults), small bridal shower or bachelorette, fun meeting space for small community group, home-school, office team-building, or temporary coworking option. The space is segmented into 4 usable areas: the main art studio (seats up to 12 depending on table arrangement), flexible work desks (can be arranged to fit 4-8 seats), our trendy and comfortable lounge area (seats up to 6 comfortably), plus 2 high top window desks (seats up to 4). We have a comfortable kitchenette (sink, microwave, mini-fridge and keurig/coffee maker), plus one single, clean and aesthetically-appealing restroom. For meetings, the space is small enough that a microphone is not needed for audio, but we do have a monitor that can be utilized for visual presentations (when connected to your own laptop). We also have a ring light and webcam (with a built-in microphone) that can be used for live broadcasting, recording podcasts, or Zoom presentations.
