Some of the amenities listed above are not included in the hourly rate. Alcohol is allowed see rules below. They are ADD-ONS for an additional fee such as centerpieces, chaffing dishes, bar, bistro table set, and much more. See below for what's included in the hourly rate. We also provide space for consultations, meetings, office computer use, workshops, trainings, classes, conferences, and mixers! Hourly Rates Ask about our all inclusive event packages and The Royal Civil Wedding Package! Please be sure to include your set up time and break down time in your event schedule. So if your event starts at 2pm and ends at 5pm you need an hour to set up your event and an hour to tear down your event. The time you would enter is 1pm to 6pm.
