This private home is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood in Webster Groves. This site would be perfect for video/photo productions and can host 10-15 comfortably. Rental times between 7:00AM and 7:00PM. The space is 1300 square feet that features a first floor sitting room with a wood burning fireplace and wonderful natural lighting. Dining room, two children’s bedrooms, and a full bath. As you continue through the house you will see the newly renovated kitchen which leads you to a powder room and second living area. The primary bedroom is located upstairs and has lots of natural light overlooking the backyard area and many trees. The back yard has two patios and overlooks a small creek with running water at all times. The space is fully furnished with modern decor and hardwood floors throughout. The house is in a prime location just two minutes from highway 44. Check in is at 8:00AM or later. I can meet you to answer any questions and then the house is all yours. We appreciate if the house is put in the same condition you found it upon check in and that you notify me of any damages right away so that it can be repaired before the next guest arrives.
