For Rent: Nob Hill Area Movement Studio/Event Space for rent by the hour. $50 per hour Mon-Friday, great place for workshops, events, and/or meetings. $100 per hour Friday, Saturday after 4pm.. Our center offers a peaceful and relaxing environment for you to work with clients and build your business. With a dedicated reception area, your clients will feel right at home. Plus, we are conveniently located in Nob Hill Area with ample parking. Rent includes access to a separate entrance, waiting area, and place for placement of food or drinks. Bluetooth speaker system and adequate parking in front of location. We welcome practitioners of all backgrounds and specialties to build their Practice as well as anyone looking for a small rental space to hold a small private event. Can accommodate 16-20 people for a class and 40-50 for a small event. We can't wait to welcome you.

* Cleaning Surfaces: * a. Start by cleaning surfaces with soap and water to remove dirt and debris. * b. Use an EPA-approved disinfectant and follow the instructions on the label for proper dilution and contact time. * c. Pay special attention to frequently-touched surfaces, such as doorknobs, light switches, handrails, tables, chairs, and restroom fixtures. * d. Use disposable wipes or a cloth soaked in the disinfectant to clean surfaces thoroughly. * e. Ensure that all surfaces are visibly wet with the disinfectant during the recommended contact time. * Electronics and Equipment: * a. Clean and disinfect electronic devices, such as microphones, speakers, and podiums, using manufacturer-recommended disinfectants or wipes. * b. Avoid spraying or directly applying liquids to electronic equipment to prevent damage. * c. Consider using disposable covers or barriers on equipment that cannot be easily cleaned. * Upholstered Surfaces: * a. If there are upholstered surfaces, vacuum them using a vacuum cleaner with a HEPA filter to remove dust and debris. * b. Follow up with a disinfectant spray or wipe specifically designed for upholstery. * c. Pay attention to high-touch areas like armrests and backs of chairs. * Restrooms: * a. Clean and disinfect restroom surfaces, including toilets, sinks, faucets, door handles, and mirrors. * b. Use separate cleaning cloths or disposable wipes for different surfaces to avoid cross-contamination. * c. Restock soap, hand sanitizer, and disposable paper products, such as paper towels and tissues. * Waste Disposal: * a. Use leak-proof garbage bags for collecting cleaning waste and disposable PPE. * b. Seal the bags properly before disposing of them in designated waste bins. * c. Wash your hands thoroughly after handling waste. * Ventilation and Air Quality: * a. Ensure proper ventilation in the event space by opening windows and doors. * b. If available, use air purifiers with HEPA filters to improve air quality. * Personal Hygiene:
