THINGS TO KNOW *If you are looking to shoot with Natural Lighting and No Grids on the floor/walls you should book before 1pm. *If you are looking to shoot with Natural Lighting and Grids on the floor/walls you should shoot after 1:30pm HOURS OF OPERATION: -The building is open 24 hours ELEVATOR ACCESS: -There is 1 freight elevator on site 12ft deep and run by an Attendant -Operating Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-6pm | Saturday 8am-1pm | Sunday - Upon Request $ STAIRS: -The stairs can be accessed at any time of the day. -Please note that we are located on the 5th floor. If you plan on booking during non-elevator hours, please pack accordingly and inform your team. SOUNDPROOF: -Our space has been insulated to help with outside noise HOWEVER it is not soundproof. *Please make proper arrangements if you plan on shooting any audio in the space. TIME: -Please be aware that your BOOKING TIME INCLUDES YOUR SETUP AND BREAK DOWN TIME as well. Please book accordingly to avoid any additional late fees or charges. **Your booking starts at the registered time regardless of if you are running late. This rule has NO EXCEPTIONS as there might be a booking right after yours which cannot be pushed back because of your tardiness. **If you are running late to your booking or need additional time than initially expected please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
