This backyard has white travertine flooring, a gas grill, 10x12 heated spa 41/2 ft deep that seats 15 people; large sandpit to sunbathe, Restoration Hardware white couch and swivel chair furniture, waterfall and tons of palm trees, birds of paradise flowers and an in-ground fire pit to keep you warm.. This Oasis is great for photo shoots, video shoots, acting reels, pool shots, swim suit photoshoots, tv scenes and a nice day or night party. Space for a d.j., tent, tables, chairs and still more room to dance. Incudes an enclosed daybed. Great for Yoga classes, couples get away, kids party, outside meetings, birthday parties, baby showers and more. Tables, chairs, white enclosed tent with widows and table covers at additional cost to rent. Spa and landscaping has a variety of colors at night. May consider some parking on the property if cars don't leak oil. great for having a food truck service in front of house or at the r.v. access area in front. Property fits 3 cars tandem and 5 additional in front of garage but will discuss options. Plenty of parking on the street and side streets.

Grounds are pressure washed regularly or hosed down. Gardner comes once a week to cut grass and trim trees. Spa is cleaned weekly and after each event. It is ozone filtrated and chlorine amount depends on needs. Spa can be heated up to 104 and have jets running whichever you prefer. Live edge table and (8) chairs come with rental nd. are sanitized and cleaned throughly for each event. Can host up to 100 people. Safety signs will be posted regarding how to enter and exit spa.
