Modern Foothills Swimming Pool Paradise

POOL SEASON: MID MAY-ISH THROUGH MID OCTOBER-ISH Welcome! The Indian Hills Swim Club, home of the world-famous Indian Hills Dive Team, was established in August 2015. We purchased this 1-acre slice of heaven with great bones and a lot of potential! We have been pouring all our love (and blood, and sweat, and sometimes tears!) into making the property a proper home for The Indian Hills Swim Club. Indian Hills is a quaint foothills community located approx. 25 miles from downtown Denver but feels like worlds away. This serene setting is the ideal backdrop for all your photography, videography, film shoot, and social media needs. While the entire first floor of the home (living room, kitchen, and bathroom) is available for use, the star of the show is the pool area and surrounding outdoor spaces. Wildlife sighting not guaranteed! There is a detached pool house that is available for all equipment storage, staging, etc. and includes high-speed Wi-Fi and a Klipsch sound system.
