Alcohol must be served by a California RBS certified bartender from our approved Vendor List. 2. All vendors must provide proof of Commercial General Liability Insurance meeting our requirements (see below). 3. Bartenders must be chosen from Events On Pine's Preferred Vendor List. Any exceptions must be approved by the Venue no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled event. 4. No alcohol may be sold on the premises. All bars must be hosted. 5. Alcohol cannot be brought or consumed by anyone under the legal drinking age (21) in California. 6. The bartender must stop serving alcohol one (1) hour prior to the end of the event. 7. No self-serve alcohol stations allowed unless monitored by certified personnel. *Failure to conform to this policy constitutes a breach of contract and may result in guest removal and/or immediate cancellation of the event with zero refunds.
