Our Banksy Event Space is spacious and bright. The East wall has a glass garage door, which gives the indoor/outdoor feel in good weather. There is a basketball hoop and smoking area just outside the glass garage entry too. And there both a dedicated parking lot entrance and it is also attached to the main Grid Works coworking space with nicely designed indoor bathrooms and kitchen/cafe accessibility. We have 34 covered parking spaces, 15 uncovered and guest plus 3 handicap. There is a large covered open space at the front of our building. We have a shaded garden area adjacent to the space, to take private calls and stretch your legs on break. It may also be used as a socializing outdoor space. Our event room hosts Fortune 100 companies, media productions, StartUp events, etc. Alcohol service is allowed with a COI and preferably a Bartender Service. Catering/Delivery food can be brought onsite anytime. We ask that you clean up before leaving. We have a crew that does major clean up too. The Room is light and bright. We have two oversized TV's that can Chromecast broadcast two same or diff screens with Apple/PC laptops you bring and Sonos speakers to play music overhead. We have ample sunlight and windows along with adjustable overhead lighting. There is a rolling, 2-sided white board and another side wall board too. It has modern carpeting and all furniture is rolling, so you can design the layout however you want, easily and quickly. We have an area in the back to layout your catering. You will need all supplies for dining. We do offer a filtered water station for refills near the café too. This room is ideal for filming footage too, you provide the equipment.
