Cottage-Style Garden House with Serene Lake View

The Garden is a peaceful, calming, quiet place that includes two buildings, luscious greenery, and a lake. Twenty plus enormous pine trees are spread out along the property with a vibrant variety of plants that thrive in the acidic environment created by the pines. Eagles regularly visit the lake, often sitting on the Eagle Tree across the bank from our property. The two buildings include a main cottage (`1200 square feet) and a smaller, older cottage (lovingly called "The Cottage Cheese", ~400 square feet). The main cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The walls and ceilings are mostly painted wood paneling. The kitchen, dining, living, and entry way are all open and connected. This connected space looks out to the garden and the lake. The Cottage Cheese is a one bedroom, one bathroom space with the original kitchen cabinets from the 1920s-30s, including drawers made of wooden Lipton tea boxes. The walls and ceiling of the Cottage Cheese are white painted shiplap. The Garden includes a dock that can be detached from the walkway and driven around the lake. It is a hoot. There are no motorized boats allowed on the private lake.
