Pirate/Ocean themed Studio Condo in Downtown Long Beach

This space would be great for a photo shoot or video shoot! The room is a studio condo that's long in shape with the bed on one end and a desk between the two large windows on the other end. All of the condo is avaialbe for the shoot. i've decorated it with a bit of a spooky pirate theme. There are dark walls in brown, green, teal with art that fits the vibe. The entry way has palm fronts painted all over it in black and white. I have a bunch of diffrerent lamps so change the feel as well, though they are not professional equiptment. Important Note: None of the rest of the building is available through me. Renting the rest of the building can be done by contacting the manager who will be onsite M-F 10-4pm. It's a historically marked building and the owners have strict rules on the matter. You are an I will definitely get in trouble if you try and shoot outside ofthe condo!

What I am not using the condo for peer space, I'm using it for airbnb. So it is cleaned super thoroughly and there are paper towels, soap, hand sanitizer on site at all times.
