Regular Disinfection: Training Equipment: Disinfect all training equipment, including mats, punching bags, weapons, and exercise props. Use appropriate disinfectants and follow the manufacturer's instructions for effective disinfection. Changing Rooms: Clean and disinfect changing room areas, lockers, benches, and any shared amenities. Ensure proper ventilation in these areas. Deep Cleaning: Periodically, perform a more thorough deep cleaning of the entire facility, focusing on hard-to-reach areas, corners, and surfaces that are not cleaned daily.
