Located in the heart of Chelsea near The High Line, our grand 3rd floor gallery (2100 sq. ft) is a vast open space with 13' high ceilings, 10’ tall Double doors, 1 regular door, large windows with natural lighting. It offers the perfect space for performances, presentations, photo and video shootings, art exhibitions, receptions, fashion and promotional events and more. - Rates: Mon. - Fri. 9am - 5pm: $330 per hour - 5 hours minimum Off hour (before 9am, after 5pm): $350 per hour Sat. Sun: $380 per hour - 5 hours minimum Over 50 attendees- +$20/hour Weekly and monthly rentals available (negotiable) Extra fees: Should be paid directly to the venue - Off hour building staff fee : $100 per hour (after 6:00pm on weekdays, after 5:00pm on weekends, includes freight elevator service) - Site rep: $180 ( support at the beginning and the end) -Cleaning fee: $200 -Janitorial fee: $70 Freight Elevator(Can be used as passenger elevator): 24 hours Monday - Friday. 12am - 5pm. Saturday 11am - 5pm. Sunday Automatic Passenger elevator: 24/7. Sun. from 11am Main Passenger elevator: Mon - Sat: 8am - 6:30pm (off hours available at $100 per hour) Sun: Closed (available at $100 per hour) In-house rental furniture in the amenities will be send upon request. (Chairs, Tables, tablecloth, Coat racks, Pedestals, Speakers, Microphone, Projector.) Rental furniture fee should be paid directly to the venue when order was made.
