Located in Burlington's creative hub~ Walking distance to the lake, downtown church street market place and the south end arts district. Perfect for a private event, company holiday party, fundraiser and more. The space functions as a cafe & gallery Monday through Saturday until 4:00pm. Art is on the walls year round! Gender neutral restrooms are located on the same level. Bike rack and coat rack available. Tenants have 24 hour access throughout the building and may be seen coming and going through the front door. Floor to ceiling red felt curtains are installed at the threshold of the space if you would like to make the area more private. We highly recommend arriving early if it is your first booking to get acquainted with the space. We will happily meet you downstairs in the café to answer any questions upon arrival!
