Unique open plan Victorian property with a modern touch

LOCATION HISTORY This victorian property was built in 1985 and eventually split into flats in the late 90's. We brought it back to its glory, a full renovation to bring it back to one residence, full of period features and added a 2 storey extension to create an open plan modern feel. It is a minimalist design based on our travels and places we have stayed around the world. The main rooms which always stand out are the ensuite on the first floor and the full open ground level. LOCATION The property is located in the heart of West Didsbury, a picturest suburb situated few minutes south of Manchester City centre. It is situated just off the popular independent ran street Burton Road full of beautiful eateries which create an eclectic atmosphere. TRANSPORT AND ACCESSIBILITY The location is well situated from a geographical and infrastructure point of view. Easy access to parking, airport and train stations connecting the whole of the UK and worldwide. Parking: We have a front drive which can fit one car but there is free street parking. There is also an open air parking facility 2 minute walk away. Airport: 10 to 15 minutes by car Tram stop: Burton Rd stop is a 5 minute walk. Usually a 20 minute ride to Manchester City centre. Manchester Piccadilly Station: 20 minutes by tram SPECIAL RATES The basic rate will apply to a crew up to 8 people. Extra fees may apply depending on special requests, we always ask for a full description of use to ensure we are as transparent as possible with the costs but also to ensure we can accommodate the project in hand. PAST BOOKING Our location has been used by brands for over 5 years, used for both filming and photoshoots for furniture companies, beauty brands, cooking shows, celebrity interviews for magazines, food brands, fashion etc. The most complex booking to date was for a painting company where the property walls were painted different colours across several rooms and taken back to its original colours post shoot.
