Our studio interior is all white, with two huge banks of windows, which we get great natural light from all day. If you want to control the light, we have both sheer and blackout curtains. Overhead LED lights are daylight matched, and have dimmers. The main space is 15' x 17', and makes a great space for small meetups or workshops. All pictured furniture is included. The lobby area includes a medium sized couch, rug, two armchairs, and a rocking chair. There is a coffee table, a rolling table that makes a great space for a computer screen, and a minifridge. We have a magnet board with letters that you can change. In the lobby is also a vintage desk with a coffee maker, mugs, and we keep it stocked with coffee, tea, sugar, etc. This space is great for in person sales appointments. The bathroom includes the usual, as well as a changing table. It features a large, LED lit mirror, handpainted walls and beautiful tile work. Our bathroom is not ADA compliant, as it's just a bit too narrow. However it does feature hand rails, and a pedestal sink with sufficient leg space. The building is newly constructed in 2022, and will have someone nearby if you need any assistance during your booking. Nearby amenities include a restaurant 0.3 miles away, and a sandwich and coffee shop 0.4 miles away, across a bridge with a walking path. There is a playground one mile away.

We fully clean the space between each booking. Hard surfaces are disinfected, soft surfaces are either washed or steam cleaned. We only expect renters to put their garbage in the provided trash cans, wipe up any spills that may happen during their stay, and put things back where they found them. All other cleaning (sweeping, mopping, disinfecting) is handled by us.
