The workers' palaces are listed buildings in the confectioner's style by the architect Henselmann and are reminiscent of boulevards in Kiev or Moscow. They were built by Stalin in East Berlin after World War II to show the West how luxurious socialist workers lived. Part of a boulevard that runs from Berlin Mitte towards the east. The Frankfurter Tor with its two towers is particularly striking. The apartment and the house have an interesting socialist-mundane flair. The apartment is decorated in a minimalist style with art deco elements and design classics. Ideally, it could easily be decorated with GDR furniture from the 50s to 70s. On the top floor you get a lot of sun thanks to the full window front facing west. From the iconic narrow but 24m long balcony with columns and roofing you can see directly onto the towers of the Frankfurter Tor and the TV Tower. Neighborhood Directly on Karl-Marx Allee and Frankfurter Straße not far from Warschauer Straße train station. Directly in the Friedrichshain neighborhood. Unfortunately, logistics parking is difficult, otherwise the apartment has ramps for cars and a passenger elevator. The apartment itself has a long hallway, two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom. The rooms are located one behind the other, creating a beautiful suite of rooms and providing even, natural lighting in all rooms
