The first house in the legendary Mesa neighborhood and tucked into the foothills of the mountains, Casa De Rosa is truly a throwback to a gentler more seductive time. Renowned architect, Cliff May, the grandfather of the classic early California ranch, designed and built the house in 1940 for the Marlboro family. Since then, with its Hollywood Regency style this house has become a historic landmark. ​Donal set about lovingly restoring the house to its former glory, fusing all the original details with their eclectic sense of style and every modern convenience. The result is an experience of color and texture, unlike the standard Palm Springs mid-century white wash.
