There will be 3 display walls within the open-box common area. We will curate remote and on-line only vendors and artists to rent spaces on these walls for short-term installations. Each wall will accommodate an 8ftx8ft surface to rent at $12 per sq/ft ($750). The 2nd format are 3 individual Pop-Up suites available for rent, each with their own address. Each suite is approximately 20ftx21ft (450 sq/ft) with glass roll-up bay doors and a glass entrance door. All 3 retail suites are side by side at the front of the building facing the street with dedicated parking available. This allows for all suites to have direct access to the community. Suites can be used for retail or for rotating installations, displays, workshops and natural-light photo studios. We will allow for a group of up to 4 businesses to combine products into one space. As the term increases the monthly cost decreases to entice renters to lock themselves into longer term rentals. These spaces are meant to test product concepts and installations in a physical environment and offer a low-risk-low-cost option to entrepreneurs that can't afford or don’t need long term commercial space.
