Rustic and homey Pub nestled in a beautiful upstate New York village

My building was constructed in 1898. I am the 5th owner who purchased the property in 2005. Since then we have enjoyed serving the local community with farmstead foods, bringing in local live music to entertain our customers and creating an inviting atmosphere to make all feel welcome. In early August, my Pub was booked to shoot a music video which inspired me to seek avenues to offer my space for more of the same. Throughout the years we have also provided the space for private parties, up to 50 people, offering a full bar and serving great local farmstead foods. It brings me great joy to share my space with those searching for a more casual atmosphere to celebrate life or do business. Our site is located in the village of Philmont, a historic mill town in the heart of Columbia County, NY. We are 15 mins east of Hudson and 2.5 hours due north from Manhattan. Our village has a local food co-op, a celebrity chef owned farm to table restaurant, a deli and pizza restaurant. If those wishing to spend a bit of time in nature, we are within a mile to a conservation trail which will take you to a waterfall that is over 150 feet. There are ample Air B n B's surrounding our area for extended stays. Over 800 sq feet of open floor with a bar and 2 JT4YSCR6YPCZ9X4KCD5X9restrooms. The main floor, bar and kitchen are accessible during your booking. Inside tables and chairs can be re-arranged to suit your seating needs. We also have a 30 x 15 foot deck out front with tables and chairs. Onsite parking along with free street parking for up to 30 cars. Public transportation is not available. Load in and out front and rear entrances. Weekday rates: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday $800.00 - $1,000 per day. Weekend rates: Friday - Sunday $2,500 per day. Food and Beverages are quoted separately. Bartenders, servers and chefs on sight for catering. Start Hours are flexible. Hard stop at 11 PM. Over the years, we have had 10 private Rehearsal Dinner parties, 1 Music Video shoot and at least 100 Live Bands. Lot's of fun is had here.
