Our beautiful home sits on a triple lot in Culver Crest. Our backyard is spacious, lush and has many interesting nooks perfect for photoshoots. Outside of the master bedroom there is a shady spot ideal for reading or playing board games. In one corner of the yard we have a ping pong table with benches for spectators. The large pool has a cover, long steps and a jacuzzi that can fit 10 people. We have an outdoor dining area with a long table, an awning and also two heaters for year round entertaining. There is a colorful rose garden right outside the kitchen window. The driveway can fit about 5 cars and can also be used as a half basketball court. There is an area dedicated for vegetables with 5 raised beds. Surrounding the property there are about 25 fruit trees including mango, pomegranate, peach, orange, avocados, plum and guava trees. The kitchen has a breakfast nook and an island with additional seating. The house has a total of 6 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. However, the rental includes 1 bathroom, the kitchen, the dining area, the living room area, the office (that leads to the yard), and all outdoor spaces. There is a soccer net that can be removed if necessary. If you need to use any of the bedrooms, they gym or additional bathrooms, please contact me for a different agreement.
