The client owns the whole 2800 SF Studio, which has three rooms: a White Room, a Green/Gray Room, and a Dressing Room. ** The studio is located in a business Plaza on the Southwest Corner of Custer and Parker in Plano. ** Both White Room and Green/Gray Room are equipped with Cyclorama walls, which give the illusion of a seamless sky and floor. ** Professional Lighting (3 Soft Box Lights, 1 C-stand light, and 2 LED Color Lights), a Connecting TV, Various Backdrops, and a Camera Slider (20 feet) are provided onsite for free usage. ** A Separate Dressing Room with full-size mirrors, clothing racks, and a sitting area is provided to protect privacy. ** Free High-Speed Wi-Fi. ** Easy elevator access with 2nd-floor unobstructed views. ** Lots of beautiful crops/furnitures onsite for free usage. ** Our space can accommodate up to 35 people. If you need more than 35, please message us to inquire. If you need more, please reach out to see additional costs. OVERTIME: Your time booked is from ENTRY to EXIT. Please book enough time to set up, shoot in the space, and clean up after your shoot. This includes returning all props and furniture back to the way you found them. We ask that you are mindful of the reservation starting after you. An overtime fee will be automatically charged at the rate of $10.00 for every 5 minutes over the original reservation end time. This overtime charge applies to all guests/clients in your reservation.
