The Estate House offers a beautiful, versatile setting for intimate celebrations, showers, retreats, meetings, photography, content creation, dinners, and other thoughtfully planned gatherings. The home features soaring ceilings, abundant natural light, multiple gathering areas, a full kitchen, two spacious private bedroom suites, 3.5 bathrooms, a lower-level living area with kitchenette, and a third-floor sitting area with peaceful treetop views. The Estate House is also home to GIVEN Women’s Health Oasis, and its design reflects that identity. Original artwork throughout the space celebrates women, motherhood, pregnancy, breastfeeding, and the female form. The artwork is an intentional part of the character of the Estate House, and current photos are included in the listing so guests can determine whether the setting is appropriate for their gathering. Outside, guests enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of our gated retreat estate, surrounded by mature trees and natural scenery. The property also includes our resort-style saltwater pool and beautifully maintained outdoor spaces. Overnight accommodations may be available in conjunction with select events. The Estate House has two private bedroom suites and additional living areas; overnight occupancy and sleeping arrangements must be approved in advance. Private office and clinical areas are not included in guest access and remain secured during rentals.
