Welcome to our newly renovated home located in the Pasadena and Arcadia area; just a short drive from surrounding cities of Highland Park, Silverlake, and Downtown Los Angeles. Located in a beautiful suburban neighborhood surrounded by trees and greenery, our home was recently renovated with custom details throughout. Inside our home you will find a mix of modern, traditional, and wabi sabi design choices that bring a Pinterest inspired space to life. This minimalist home has amazing natural lighting throughout its open floor plan great for photo shoots and filming videos in its open, bright spaces. It is an airy neutral home that is a perfect backdrop for any photograph or video. The main focus of the home is the large kitchen which includes an 8ft island, built in appliances (fridge, double oven, stovetop), farmhouse kitchen sink, Rejuvenation brass knobs and finishes. Within the kitchen area, there is also dry bar that has custom open wood shelving perfect for styling and beautiful backsplash of handmade Zellige tiles from Morocco. There are beautiful arches within the home add beautiful details for any photoshoot. The decor is warm, clean, simple with neutral tones. All the furniture within the home can be found from Lulu & Georgia, CB2, Rejuvenation, and Parachute Home. Due to the minimal furniture throughout the house, it can easily be replaced with temporary set design and/or moved around as needed. The warm and relaxed bedrooms are perfect for styling and can be easily transformed. One bedroom includes a baby/children's nursery (that can be easily transformed to something else) and a separate bedroom that includes minimal furniture. A large, grass filled backyard (HUGE!) can also be used if preferred. The home is easy to get to, It is located below the 210 fwy and north of the 10 fwy.
