From live music and birthday parties to business meetings and community gatherings, Live From The Divide offers a large range of flexibility to meet your needs. Equipped with a professional, live sound system, lighting array and video projector/screen, you’ll find your tech needs met in the setting of a classic, turn of the century building. Event rentals at Live From The Divide include our intimate concert hall, made famous by our concert series spanning back to 2010, our newly added bar area, and the main lobby of the building. Our bench seating can be placed in multiple arrangements, or removed entirely if you’d prefer to open up a dance floor. Want live music? With a dozen years of experience booking artists both local and national acts, The Divide can help you find the perfect act for your event. It is the goal of the Live From The Divide staff to ensure that you and your guests leave your event with a long lasting memory of your time in our one of a kind venue and return time and time again for other private events, our legendary concert series, or any other reason we can provide to come and see us once more.

Standard 90 jours
Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation jusqu'à 90 jours avant le début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement intégral (y compris tous les frais) du prix de leur réservation. Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation de 90 jours à 14 jours avant le début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement de 50 % (frais non compris) du prix de leur réservation.
