Treehouse with Charleston Charm on tranquil Wadmalaw Island

The Charleston treehouse embodies the spirit of rainbow row with it's pastel colors, outdoor gas lamps, and touches of local flair throughout while also allowing guests to enjoy the abundant nature of the marsh and surrounding moss draped oaks. This treehouse is nestled on 32 acres along with 3 other treehouses that was built in 2018 by Boltfarm Treehouses and has been renovated over the last year to include modern touches such as wifi, a TV, and updated kitchen appliances. The treehouse had beautiful floor to ceiling windows with marsh views allowing for an abundance of natural light. Inside there is a king size "shabby chic" painted bed, claw foot tub, large desk and chairs with marsh views, and a kitchenette with microwave, 2 mini fridges, sink, and stove-top. This space also features a cozy loft with double bed and small sitting area with projector screen. Outside on the main level deck is a fully outfitted dog house, grill, and pizza oven as well as a reading loft with cozy outdoor chair. Two gorgeous carved black marble tubs finish off this deck with a romantic touch. Travel up the wrought iron spiral staircase to the second deck with a dining area for 4 with spectacular marsh views as well as a small sitting area and outdoor shower. Lay on the king size swing bed under the house and gaze up at a painted mural of rainbow row, or take advantage of the large front yard and fire pit area. This space is wonderful for photography or creatives looking to find some quiet and inspiration among nature!
