Originally constructed in 1921, this authentic craftsman has been restored keeping its original design elements intact including original ceiling beams, shaker doors, and redwood siding, while adding new modern elements and vintage finds. Recently renovated and furnished in December 2022, with new kitchen appliances, brand new Samsung Smart Washer/Dryer, refinished hardwood floors throughout, Toto toilet and sink, water filter, and two outdoor sitting areas. Furniture, art, and lighting sourced locally, vintage, and from known brands including HAY, Joybird, Noguchi, Crate and Barrel, and Chicory. NOTE This bungalow has been restored with many of its original materials, including the original stone bathroom flooring and wooden beams, and while plumbing and electrical are new - as a 101 year old home has a vintage charm with a focus on sustainability and design.
