Our studio is designed to accommodate a variety of activities, musical and otherwise, making it an ideal location for music instruction, practice sessions, and small ensemble rehearsals, as well as classes, shoots and events. Our studio has two main rooms (large and small) as well as a waiting/reception area. **Convenient Location:** Located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, our studio is easily accessible to students and musicians from all over New York City, Long Island, NJ and Westchester. The view from our second floor studio is unblocked, providing a glimpse of an iconic landmarks in the area. Our studio is divided into three main areas: Main Room (17' x 19', 323 square feet): This is the heart of our studio, offering ample space for group lessons, ensemble rehearsals, and individual practice. It features elegant floor-to-ceiling blue-gray curtains, 15 chairs, and 14 music stands. The room is carpeted, ensuring a comfortable and acoustically friendly environment. The walls of the studio are adorned with a beautiful collection of violins, creating an environment that celebrates the essence of music. The main room's acoustics and the large collection of string instruments on the wall create an inspiring environment for musicians of all levels. The availability of a weighted keyboard and a cello adds versatility and beauty, allowing for piano accompaniment and chamber music rehearsals. (Piano use is free, cello requires a rental fee.) The large room can seat 12-18 players, depending on how much room is needed. Lecture-style classes can seat 25 guests. Yoga classes can fit 12 students. Small Room (6' x 10', 60 sq ft): A more intimate setting, this room is perfect for one-on-one music lessons or focused practice. The contrasting black and white walls create a minimalistic yet inspiring backdrop and a gallery of pictures showcasing happy music students of all ages adds a personal touch to the space. It's furnished with a small desk, 2 chairs, and a music stand, making it a versatile space for private instruction or personal practice. We have a large collection of instructional and practice books for violin, viola, cello, as well as some books for guitar, piano and music theory.z Waiting Room (100 sq ft): A comfortable space for students and musicians to relax and prepare for their sessions. It is equipped with four chairs, a desk, a computer, a printer/copier and filtered water, coffee and tea, which are available for use. The white walls with music decor and carpeted floor offer a serene atmosphere. **Versatility:** Whether you're a music instructor, student, or ensemble looking for rehearsal space, our studio can meet your needs. The availability of a weighted keyboard and violin and cello rental options adds versatility to the musical possibilities within the space. **Industrial-Chic Building:** The studio is situated in a building with polished concrete floors and a modern industrial aesthetic, contributing to the artistic ambiance and creative energy of the space. We are located in a commercial doorman building.
