Welcome to our Fort Greene lofts! This listing is for our smaller "Zen Loft", located across the hall from our larger "Greene Loft" (see other listing for our Greene Loft) Our Zen Loft is a beautiful, light-filled loft space designed with comfort and convenience in mind. This space is perfect for smaller offsites or meetings for up to 25 people—book with us for a day, or plan a full week! We've got everything you need for a team retreat. Need more space? Check out the listing for our larger Greene Loft with backyard! THE SPACE The space comes furnished with comfortable lounge furniture, tables and office chairs, and huge plants! The loft is ground-level with frosted windows for privacy and it is located on a quiet street so you won't be disturbed with noise. We can fit 3 tables with rolling office chairs in this space (seating for up to 25 people) OFFSITES An off-site retreat focused on planning, design, or creating a game plan can be both fun and highly productive no matter the size of your operation. Our spaces are ideal to get it all done, with space to sit/lounge together in one big group or break out into many little ones. Get ready for the creative juices to flow and to sprout your next big move. Ask us about renting additional styling elements from our exclusive catalog! Available upon request: Projector with an HDMI hookup and 100 white folding chairs for a stadium seating setup. Please be aware that our Peerspace pricing reflects an 18% markup to cover their booking fees directly. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate reduced time minimums or negotiate rates on this platform. Our 10-hour minimum requirement is firm.
