Large Eclectic Brooklyn Apartment with Vintage Furniture & Natural Light

Large, spacious, and filled with natural light! 1400 sq ft Brooklyn apartment in a pre-war building. Decorator-curated with an eclectic mix of furniture, decor, and art—both vintage and modern. Our dining area was recently featured in New York Magazine. The space is ready to shoot and well-suited for both photo and video. Ideal projects include product/lifestyle/fashion shoots, music videos, branded content, and interviews. Standard booking grants access to the following rooms: - Living-dining room - Primary bedroom - Hallways including large entry with library-style bookshelf + desk space and oversize gallery wall - Full bathroom Additional rooms (large kitchen w/ extra dining area, two more bedrooms) are available as add-ons for shooting or holding. Someone will be home, but out of the way, during your booking. We have a small dog who can be relocated via add-on fee. Want to shoot outside our listed hours, or with crews up to 15 people? This is our full-time residence and we just ask that you respect it.* - NO moving furniture or bringing in outside furniture. - Your booking must include load in + out time. 1.5x fee applies to any overtime, charged by the 1/2 hour. - NO shooting the building's exterior or common spaces (stairways, elevator, lobby). No exceptions.
